Our structured 18-month programme offers exposure to a number of key engineering disciplines and, as part of our commitment to Our People, all graduates receive a roadmap with ongoing support from subject matter experts and mentors, providing opportunities for continuous personal development.

Developing Engineers of the Future

Penspen’s Programme focuses on advancing graduate capability and cultivating a qualified workforce in the UAE. Since its inception in 2020, more than 30 graduate engineers have successfully completed the programme, embarking on a career where they can truly contribute to the Middle East’s energy future.

Structured Training Programme

Our 18-month programme was developed to offer exposure to a number of key engineering disciplines and, as part of our commitment to Our People, all graduates receive a roadmap with ongoing support from subject matter experts and mentors, providing opportunities for continuous personal development.

Our programme has been designed in collaboration with our Middle East and Africa Human Resources team and key stakeholders from our Engineering service line, ensuring a robust framework for graduates. 

Individual training and objectives will be set for each graduate at the start of their programmegiving them the best chance to enhance their skills and shape their future careers.

With an inquisitive nature, Abeer excelled in STEM subjects at school and set her sights on an engineering career. Recognising that the energy industry is evolving at unprecedented pace, following graduation she grasped the opportunity to join Penspen as a Junior Process Engineer.
