Project Background
To provide effective operations, maintenance and emergency response services across all cross country pipelines running to and from the Stanlow Oil Refinery in Cheshire. These include the Major Hazard NWEP North West Ethylene pipeline running from Grangemouth to Stanlow which is over 412km in length, as well as a range of crude, propylene and fuel oil pipelines.

Solution
Working closely and in partnership with the client, suppliers and other stakeholders, we provided a dedicated, multi-skilled team including technicians, general operatives, third party administration, management and cathodic protection engineers to ensure the safe and cost-efficient running of the contract.
Result
The contract is reviewed quarterly by the client for health, safety and environment, schedule delivery, costs, third party liaison and response. The project has been delivered safely and under the target budget for over 15 years.
