Penspen, a leading international energy consultancy, is expanding its presence in the North-East following the successful acquisition of Aberdeen-based C&I Engineering Solutions.

“The acquisition of C&I Engineering Solutions grows our team in the UK, broadening the support we can provide our clients, and enhancing our ability to achieve our vision, which is to improve access to secure and sustainable energy for the communities in which we work,” he said.
“We are always looking for opportunities to acquire companies that share our values and vision and that bring complementary capabilities and services which can add value to the support we provide our clients.
